SPACE REQUEST PROCEDURE
Submission:
Individuals are required to submit their requests to the General Management. This submission should include a correspondence detailing the nature of their business.
Processing:
The submitted request will undergo joint processing by the General Management and the Commercial Department to evaluate its feasibility.
Approval Notification:
Upon a positive assessment, the General Management will notify the individual of the approval. This notification will specify the allocated space, measured in X square meters. Additionally, the individual will be instructed to request the necessary documents for signing the concession contract.
Required Documents:
The following documents are necessary for signing the concession contract:

Two copies of the identity documents of the signing individual.

Business Registration.

Copy of Tax Registration Number.

Copy of Business Authorization from the Ministry of Commerce.
