Below are step-by-step departure instructions for you to enjoy a quick and smooth journey to your boarding gate.
Departure Procedures
Check-In

Check-in We offer a range of check-in options for travellers. Make sure you have all your travel documents ready, including a valid passport, air ticket or booking confirmation and any necessary visas. Passengers are advised to arrive early to allow sufficient time for passport control and security procedures. Please contact your airline if you have any enquiries. Passengers may check in at the counter between 90 minutes and 24 hours prior to their flight departure time. Passengers may check in and drop off their baggage at the counter between 4 and 24 hours prior to their flight departure time.
Immigration

Immigration Please make sure you have the following documents ready before reaching the immigration counter. Haitian Residents: Haitian Identity Card. Foreign Travellers: A valid passport and a completed Departure Card. The Departure Card is the bottom sheet of the original Arrival Card which can be found in your passport.
Baggage

Baggage To avoid any delays, please ensure that all your baggage is packed according to your airline’s security guidelines. Baggage Drop-off: Passengers who use the self check-in kiosks can use their airline’s baggage drop-off counters to check-in their baggage. Hand Baggage: Several measuring gauges can be found at each check-in Terminal for passengers to check if their hand baggage meets the Airline Operator Committee’s guidelines. Hand baggage must not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23cm (22” x 14” x 9”).
Security Check

To ensure the security and safety of all travellers, your hand baggage will be inspected and a body scan may be conducted. Please have your travel documents and boarding pass ready for inspection before having the security check.
Proceed to Boarding Gates

Proceed to Boarding Gates Passengers are advised to arrive at your boarding gates at least 30 minutes before flight departure. Toussaint Louverture International Airport is equipped with e-Boarding Gates to provide touchless and convenient boarding experience to passengers. You can use the e-Boarding Gates to board your flight with a simple face scan at the camera. To be eligible to use the e-Boarding Gates, passengers must be aged 11 or above holding electronic travel document and have completed their identity check at the e-Security Gates.

Arrival Procedures
Immigration

Immigration Make sure you have the following documents ready before reaching the Immigration Hall. Haitian Residents: Haitian Identity Card. Foreign Travellers: A valid passport and a completed Arrival Card which is distributed during your flight and available in the Immigration Hall.
Baggage Reclaim

Baggage Reclaim After passing through immigration, please proceed to the Baggage Reclaim Hall to collect your baggage. There are several information boards showing which carousel has been assigned to your flight.
Customs & Excise

Customs & Excise After reclaiming your baggage, please proceed to the Customs and Excise control. Those who have goods to declare should use the red channel while others who have nothing to declare should use the green channel.
